I’ve spent my life moving between two worlds: the equestrian industry and the corporate landscape. My career began in the stables, working in almost every role imaginable — from groom to yard manager to professional rider. I’ve produced young horses, supported competition yards, and competed internationally.Alongside my equestrian journey, I’ve built a decade‑long career in Talent Acquisition. I’ve led global recruitment teams, partnered with organisations across industries, and helped people at every stage of their career.My dual background gives me a unique perspective where I understand the demands of equestrian life, and I understand what employers look for.
